    I go once a week to do personal training with Juan, one of the coaches at CrossFit Eixample. I have been doing this for approximately 6 months and the truth is that the results are incredible. I have gained strength and elasticity, plus I learn a new movement every time I go and I love that! Juan a 10 as a coach but also as a person. It makes the class fly by and you adapt the weight to what you need all the time. The place is also very nice, the people are great and they are pet friendly ❤️ I 100% recommend CrossFit Eixample for its coaches, for the atmosphere and because they are always making plans outside the box :)
