We run daily group CrossFit classes at Crossfit Eixample.
Classes are 60 minutes long and are perfect to push yourself a bit and at the same time get coaching attention that you need. With maximum of 14 people per class all our CrossFit classes and workout movements are adaptable to your level of fitness.
We make sure that wherever you come from and your background you will get the best out of your class focusing on both technique and performance.

The Work Of the Day is a 60-minute instructor-led CrossFit class, led by one or more instructors, which consists of general mobility, specific warm-up, technique and/or strength work, and a main workout (WOD) 👊🏼
It's the main class in the schedule. Very dynamic and with different levels of intensity, planned to work on technique, strength, and cardio.

Perfect class to sweat a lot 💦 where we focus on aerobic exercises like running, machines (BikeErg, Echo Bike, SkiErg), body movements, and less weight (class without Olympic lifting bar).
The main goal is to adapt and generate improvements in our cardiorespiratory system. With this, we increase our body's capacity to sustain prolonged and more intense work.

Exclusive strength work in all its manifestations (maximum strength, hypertrophy, strength endurance, explosive strength...) and methods provided by this physical quality 💪🏼
Directed towards improving performance in CrossFit WODs through basic exercises (squat, deadlift, press, pulls, dips, hip thrust...) and their accessories to achieve overall strength improvement.

In the OLY class (Olympic weightlifting), the technique of each weightlifting movement, snatch, and clean & jerk, will be emphasized.
In addition, accessory strength exercises will be performed to complement general physical preparation 🏋🏼♀️

In the Gymnastics class, we will improve the technique of gymnastic movements present in CrossFit. Working on basic strength, motor patterns, improving flexibility, among other aspects 🤯
Gymnastic movements such as pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, etc., will be worked on progressively, achieving previously established individual goals.
