How Our PT Sessions Work
Everyone has their own fitness journey and therefore programming should be tailored made to each individual.
On your initial consultation we cover your main drives to train and your fitness background so we can offer you the best suited to your needs training solution.
Sessions are normally 60 minutes long. You’ll have a pre made customised workout session that fits your need that day. The workout is part of a macro program set to reach your goals which will be defined according to your availability.
We’ll do the thinking for you, just come smash some workouts!
